The keypad BR5010 is compatible e.g. with EM2020 and EM 3520.
BR 5010 - provides easy operation. The code numbers could be read only from the top what makes this input unit a good solution for safes under the desk with a good protection.
Keypad is provided with the integrated battery compartment and can be mounted as a stacionar (eg with the Lock EM2020) or turneable unit (eg with the Lock EM 3520).
Please note that some of these locks, you do not need to turn the disc, but only need to enter the code and then turn the handle instead.

If you are having the issue that you are typing in your code, but the safe will not open, this means that in 95% of the cases, a battery change will solve the issue. In general, this is always the first step to do when troubleshooting your lock.
If the keypad test doesn't identify any issues, you may be typing the wrong code. The M-Locks BR 5010 create a long beep-sound if you type in the wrong code. Please keep in mind that if you are typing the wrong code four times, you will be locked out for 5 minutes. After expiration, entry of two more invalid codes restarts the 5 minute blocking period.
